Clearpoint Recycling Ltd was formed in April 2012.

Clearpoint wanted to create a new type of company that would bring something new and fresh to the recycling industry, putting the customers’ needs and requirements above everything else.  As our company grows, this has continued to be key to the way that Clearpoint manages its business.

The initial focus was to bring material in from the more immediate area (in South Yorkshire) for polymer sorting and granulation. This was an immediate success.  Clearpoint’s, Managing Director, William Lee, decided to expand and started looking for material in other areas (Manchester, Leeds, London, Edinburgh,  and Liverpool) finding other strong ‘trading opportunities’.

Clearpoint’s strategy has worked extremely well. It has built a trusted and strongly respected trading business that turns over in excess of £2m per annum, handling over 20,000 tonnes per annum of plastic, metal, glass, paper and wood grades.

Clearpoint Recycling works as your partner and promises to find the best possible markets for your recyclable materials. We are constantly looking for new, stable and reliable end markets and guarantee the best price all year round.
