Material Background: Sourced from local authorities, comes in loose, goes through a bag opener then a QC cabin to remove large items that may damage the MRF and films. OCC screen splits the large OCC from the material before a ballistic separator splits 2D/3D material. The 3D material (plastic, metal) then goes through a second Ballistic Separator to further clean the stream. Material then goes through a PET Tomra targeting all PET. Then through a HDPE Tomra targeting all HDPE this then gets a manual QC before baling.
