Material Background: Material is domestic material – fully co – mingled. Comes in loose as loaded into a hopper, material runs by a manual QC to remove large pieces of material that could damage the lines and then through a trommel to remove glass. Metals are removed via overband magnet and eddy current. Fibres and Plastics are optically sorted targeting just fibre and plastic in general the material then goes to bunkers to be baled.
