Material Background: Domestic material. Material comes in as a co-mingled DMR but also site runs some commerical materials. Pre sort cabin will remove large items including large films. Material then goes through an OCC screen and ballistic separator, an optical sorter then removes fibre before the overband takes out ferrous metals. Air separator then remove films. material then goes through an optical sorter targeting PET before a QC picking line would remove any obvious non target before bunker and baling.
